We Began with Survey, Scope and Fixed Price
We began with a measured survey and a scope meeting with the homeowner. Together we confirmed priorities, budget and programme for the single storey extension and refurbishment project , then prepared drawings, structural notes and a fixed price quote so that costs were clear from the start. First Fix, Insulation and Airtightness
Inside, first fix electrical and plumbing work was completed across both the extension and the existing house as part of the refurbishment. High performance insulation and careful airtightness detailing were installed to meet the specified U values. We prepared for underfloor heating where specified and ensured all services were tested before closing up.
Making it a Home
With boarding and plaster complete the space began to feel like a home. The kitchen was fitted, floors were laid and joinery installed.
